Text Block Replacer
This is a great little program for replacing areas of text inside files or multiple files at one time. I have used a few $30 programs that do the same thing, but this one beat all of them and it's free.

FileZilla
This is a very easy to use FTP program that I use and have yet to encounter any problems. This is very user friendly.

7Zip
I used WinZip for a very long time until I need to unzip some TAR and RAR files, that's when I came across 7zip. Shortly thereafter, I got rid of WinZip.

This thing actually works faster and better than WinZip and will unzip pretty much anything you run across.

Free Download Manager
I love this thing and I use it to download all my files.
You can start and stop downloads and even tell it to turn off your computer when it's done.

Lose Power? No problem. Once you are back online, launch FDM and tell it to start downloading and it will pick up where it left off.

Open Office
This free program does all the things Microsoft Office does.
Plus, the really cool thing you can do with this program is save your work as a PDF file, which makes it a really good choice for creating your own ebooks from any PLR products you may have.

Gimp
This is a free Image Manipulation Program that works a lot like photoshop.
I started using this program way back when it first came out and it has come along way since then.

Just about every graphic you see on, any of my websites, has been created with this program.

AVG
These guys provide anti-virus, spam, spyware and rootkit protection systems
There are free and paid versions of their products.

The free anti-virus software performs better than some paid software.

Zone Alarm
Offers a free firewall, which is probably the best in the business
Having a firewall installed is an absolute must these days, especially if you have an always on internet connection like cable.

If you are using the windows firewall on your computer, you need to replace it now, because it won't protect you.
